PRESIDENT
Kimberley Clarke is the founder and driving force behind KCI Management Inc. Kimberley’s dynamism and leadership, combined with her unique ability to execute flawless events, have earned KCI several global, blue-chip clients.
In her role as President, Kimberley oversees all international and domestic client and strategic partner relationships. Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and event management, Kimberley delivers strategic direction to clients at the event planning stage. By identifying each client’s unique business objectives, target audiences and desired outcomes, she ensures a successful event every time.
Kimberley is especially effective at elevating her client’s VIP programs and is known around the globe for her ‘white glove’ approach which has earned KCI a sterling reputation and a business development platform built entirely on referrals.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer is responsible for leading the financial and human resources of the company. Jennifer brings more than 20 years’ experience in executive leadership within the private sector and along with the President is part of the driving force behind the strategic direction and growth of the company.
VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE & CULTURE
In her role as Vice President, People & Culture, Lexa has an impressive portfolio of event experience and managing people. Responsible for KCI’s talent recruitment and retention, Lexa focuses on fostering our employee experience and knows that people do their best when they’re supported. A dynamic leader, Lexa ensures that the entire team embodies KCI’s core values.
VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Liz has been a clutch player at KCI for more than 15 years. In her role of Vice President of Client Experience, Liz is laser-focused on client satisfaction. She works closely with key clients to both understand and deliver their business goals and objectives. Liz’s unparalleled excellence in operations allows her to manage resources and budgets with ease, while offering insight and direction to guide program strategy.
DIRECTOR, EVENTS
As Director of Events, Jessica is integral in creating, managing, and cultivating client relationships. With over 15 years of experience in events and a background in marketing, Jessica knows how to “turn any event into a campaign” and is deeply invested in a program’s success from infancy to completion.

As Director of Events, Danielle is instrumental in creating, delivering, and managing high touch client events. A long time KCI-er, Danielle is highly skilled at strategically overseeing all major program components. Hardworking and passionate, no matter the size or scope, Danielle settles for nothing less than perfection. Clients have full confidence she will leave no stone unturned.
DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Becca DeChristopher, CMP, has over 20 years of corporate event management experience. In her role as Director of Employee Experience, she is responsible for helping develop the KCI event team. Becca coaches and supports KCI employees to achieve strategic and operational goals, while mitigating risk for clients. She is always working to build up the team and create synergy amongst the organization, while having some fun along the way.
